Royal Kahana
The Royal Kahana Resort is a 12 story structure on the beach in Kahana. Located just minutes north of Kaanapali and just south of Napili Bay, Kahana is ideally located in West Maui. Unit 909 is considered not just an ocean view condo, but an ocean front unit as it is directly facing the ocean with unobstucted views of both Lanai and Molokai. Whales are frequently seen in the channel during the season and the beach is just downstairs.
Room
Purchased in 2012 and completely remodeled, the unit is a modernly appointed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a king sized bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper that will easily sleep 4 people. The unit is 777 square feet with a large walk in closet for ample storage space.
Amenities
The condo offers a large shower, free wifi, two big screen tvs with dvd players, a stereo system,safe/lockbox, portable toddler bathtub and is furnished elegantly with a tropical feel. The resort features a large front lobby with a conference room for meetings and a heated pool. In addition the resort features central air conditioning, free parking, shuffleboard, several barbeques and a fitness center.
Appliances
Appliances for convenience include washer/dryer, full sized refrigerator, air conditioning, toaster, dishwaher, microwave, electric rangetop/oven, coffee maker, rice cooker and blender along with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils.
Kahana Gateway
The resort is also directly across from the Kahana Gateway which provides convenient access to a Whaler's general store, dive/surf shop, McDonalds, a nail salon, a laundromat, a coffee house, and the famous Maui Brewing Company.
